Your feedback needed

I don’t know about you, but I’m finding this to be a really hard year. Too many challenges piled on top of one another for our country and our world has left me angry, exhausted, and grieving with no clear end in sight.

I don’t even know what to say any more.

I’m choosing to use the month of June to do a considerable amount of re-evaluation of my business given the changes these times are creating.

I need some space to push forward with some experiments toward major modifications in my kintsugi process that I’ve been planning for some time. I also need to find ways to simplify my offerings and the way I communicate on the many social channels that A Kintsugi Life has a presence on.

To that end, I’m going to be diving deep into my inventory and sales data and likely eliminating some of the types of products I offer. Watch for more styles to be added to the clearance section for discontinued styles as that happens.

I’d also love to have your feedback about what information you want most from me. I have a quick, anonymous survey with three easy multiple choice questions and one optional comment block for anything else you might want to add for you to give me some feedback about how I can serve you best.

You’re also welcome to send feedback directly through comments here, via email, or on social media comments or messages to tell me your preferences, but I don’t have a way to keep those anonymous as I can with the survey.

Please take a quick moment to provide your feedback. I’ll leave the survey open through June 23 (three full weeks) and report back the final results along with my decisions about changes in the final blog post of the month on June 24.

In the meantime, expect me to be a little quieter than usual, although I will be sharing some updates about changes in product lines and clearance sales between now and the end of the month.

Thanks again for your support, and I look forward to hearing from you about how I can serve you better.
